Absolutely vile !!!! I will never go there again and I advise other people not too as well. Really wish I booked another hotel, The rest of Bournemouth was lovely. It was just the Round House Hotel That ruined the whole experience.

This place was the worst place I have ever stayed. There were two raids while I stayed there of people who clearly live here. A huge group of men always outside, when I walked out they were very intimidating. Saw men dealing ***** both inside and outside the place on multiple occasions. This isn't a hotel at all its a very scary place. **** smoke was smelt in the room at all house of the night. Not sure who this place is staying open... The people who live on this road must live in fear!!!!! That's how bad I think this place is!!

We didn’t actually stay at this hotel, and having walked past it on a few occasions this weekend I’m glad we didn’t Hotel was like a hostel for immigrants and homeless. They were dealing outside the main doors all dressed in black tracksuits and hoodies. We felt very unsafe walking past them and they all stood around down the street in the dark as well. Hotel looks very run down now There are much better hotels to stay in Bournemouth Please rethink if you are looking at this one

Just tried ringing this hotel to book the rooftop suite, three phone calls charged at 13p a minute, each call just rang out for nearly 5 minutes before being cut off. A real shame as I used to stay at this place regularly, but if they can’t even be bothered to answer the phone and rip people off whilst doing so, then the decision to book a room there is simple. Not bloody likely! Sort yourselves out an absolute shambles!

Clean tidy, friendly attentive staff, hotel appears rather hot and could do with modernizeing, apart from that I honestly can't complain. Room was big, beds clean, comfortable, T.V was ok shower worked fine

We stayed at the Roundhouse with friends on a National Holiday Twixmas break. We did not find out where we would be staying until a couple of weeks before departure. Having read the reviews on here, we were really dreading our stay and hoping that it would be cancelled due to COVID restrictions. As it turned out, the hotel was lovely. Our room was spotlessly clean and had a big, comfortable bed. The food was excellent too and the staff worked really hard to ensure everyone had a pleasant experience. I would definitely return to the Roundhouse and thank the staff for all of their hard work.

令人震惊的酒店看起来和感觉起来就像巴格达市中心，在穿过一群露宿街头的游客和肮脏的接待处后，我们意识到需要立即逃离，这家酒店显然被用来安置无家可归的人，不应该再被列出，应该不惜一切代价避免它，它处于严重的失修状态……
