Clean and very comfortable rooms. Cleaning staff tried to enter the unit at 9:30AM while I was undressed. Please do not enter rooms until check out time

I purchased the full hot buffet and it was more than worth it however I can see how it can get pricey for a family of multiples over multiples days. Thankfully I was only in town for a night. It was convenient as most things were closed on Thanksgiving morning. Room and common areas were VERY clean. I used to clean professionally and will say I was impressed with how clean the floors and carpet in the room were particularly..would stay again for short stays if traveling solo. Convenient to most things also, but again I didn’t get to explore as it was a ghost town Thanksgiving day.

The breakfast wasn't free. Our room was giving to someone else so we had to settle for a king bed with a sleeping sofa. I didn't get a discount or anything for them giving my room away

Nice hotel.
Booked it through ******* pre paid ,Then they charged me again at the hotel and said it was for incidentals, but no, it was the price of the booking fee. That won’t go off my card. I asked two different people at front desk to fix the issue and both said they couldn’t. I have to talk to a manager who won’t be there for three days. I have no idea if I will get the money back, but I guess since I paid double for the room for one night it should be a really good hotel.

My room was not clean it was a sock left in the bathroom from a previous stay. Hairs left in bathroom. Rooms were thin you could hear peoples conversation and dogs playing.

Our room was next to the elevator had we had a LOT of noise all night long. I’m pregnant and we checked in around 12:30a with children. No one got any rest from all the elevator activity. Very disappointed. We had been traveling all day.
