酒店回复: Guest reserve room for 2 member and stayed 5 member and un registered pet. in room with 2 full bed everything is not possible but in exception we help them. nothing wrong, we take incendental refunded deposit for safety. what is rud in this matter.

We had one towel & one washcloth for 2 people so we had to ask for an extra towel plus a shower mat for the floor which we didn't have either. TV remote didn't work so we couldn't change channels. The bathroom floor looked dirty like it hadn't been scrubbed. Staff was nice. Parking was easy.

The room was okay. The bathroom was very small. I kept the toilet sit down for fear something would fall into the toilet from lack of space. The shower had no place to put your soap so I folded a washcloth on the bar in the shower to hold the soap. If you needed to stay somewhere for a few days I would suggest going elsewhere, but if for only overnight it would be sufficient enough.

Super dirty. Roaches in the room. Bugs on tbe sheets as if the room was empty a long time and they died in there. Nasty smell. I would rather stay at the travel lodge. Never agaib.

酒店回复: Guest stayed on property for 2 night, Manager on property for 24 hours, Did not say anything during stay in house or at time of check out, we gave them cleaned room at check in but after check out room was too dirty, No roaches or bugs found during cleaning process. So sorry for inconveniency.

卫生：很差，房间里有死虫子，看起来很久没人住过了。
服务：前台是个老大爷，人很好，因为晚上天气太热（空调制冷效率不高，因为外面太热了），他把自己的电风扇借给了我们。
设施：满足旅行基本需求，作为汽车旅馆来说是合格的。
