性价比高的酒店，古典风格。客服态度好。干净整洁，每张床都有布帘子遮挡，很有私密性。很人性化。离约克火车站近。
我下次来，还住贵酒店。
地理位置很好，离景点都不算很远。房间和网站上看的图片比较符合，房间内有一个很小的卫生巾大家一起共用，每个床位有窗帘提供隐私，就是床头的小灯比较昏暗不是很亮。 但是早到不能提前入住，而且寄存行李需要额外花3镑。
服务态度不错，但是没有微波炉没有厨房，作为青年旅社来说不太友好。位置不错，市中心。比较方便一点。不需要自己做饭的可以来
市中心这个价位这个位置无敌了 环境不错 大家也很安静 很喜欢！下次如果还有机会的话我会再次预定 最后很感谢携程平台。
位置不错，设施齐全。。前台服务态度不错。。。性价比很高，非常适合一个人的短途旅游，不想在住宿上花太多钱。。

在线办理入住的新系统出了问题，没法用，不过也没关系。员工非常友好。24小时前台、菜单等服务都很方便。早餐价格需要更新一下，现在是8英镑，不是6英镑了。早餐是自助式的，有糕点、吐司、麦片和咖啡，很清淡。餐厅宽敞明亮。有很多公共区域可以坐下来放松，酒吧也是一个和大家见面聊天的好地方。对我来说，在外面忙碌了一天之后，爬楼梯确实有点吃力，但房间很舒适。床位的帘子提供了很好的私密性。马路对面的三一教堂历史悠久，值得一游。不远处有一家名叫Regency Chinese的餐厅，味道很棒。酒店靠近城墙、火车站、市中心和桥梁等，非常适合观光。而且地处市中心的一个安静区域。我非常喜欢这次住宿。下次还会再来。性价比很高。
房间挺好，卫生不错，工作人员热情，但唯一不足的是没有电梯，提箱子上四楼真让人崩溃。
我在这家酒店住得很愉快。入住手续办理得很顺利，工作人员都非常友好和专业。我的房间很干净、舒适，设施一应俱全。床特别舒服，让我睡了个好觉。酒店地理位置也很方便，出行游玩都很轻松。
房间很冷。
暖气完全不够热。
洗澡水也不够热，这天气也太糟糕了……
房间里都是灰尘。
没有客房服务电话，每次有问题都得从三楼跑到一楼。
连普通酒店都会提供的牙膏都没有。
这些本都是酒店最基本的设施，根本花不了多少钱。
入住体验非常不便……非常不满意……
