We did not have working heat in our initial room. After checking in we told the desk person, she said she would have someone check it. After returning after having dinner the room was still cold. We reported to the night person working the desk. She tried to give us a portable heater which i was uncomfortable using for safety reasons we were told there were no other rooms available on the first floor. After waiting for awhile she offered us a room on the first floor. That room was fine. We checked out at 4:15 am for an early flight. Didn't get much sleep due to heater and airport noise.

It was not the actual hotel, but rather the agency it was booked through *******. Plans fell through and I ended up out around $10,000 for missing an event as an event coordinator because Hertz rental cars have updated their payment network they no more except the same credit cards

Staff was courteous and helpful. Facilities were older, slightly worn down, and smaller than more modern and updated hotels. OK for people with limited budgets, but not up to the same quality as other nearby hotels. You get what you pay for.

plug outlet by bed didnt work, so no lamp or alrm clock working on nightstand,otherwise everything else was good

Property is old and run down-water drops on ceiling in bathroom from above unit- needs major demo but it served our purpose to stay night before we travel and leave car!

I actually found a cockroach in my room and notified staff. They then told me a check out when I gave them $100 cash deposit the day prior that I was unable to receive my deposit back because I took towels. I don’t take towels. I have enough money for those things. I had explained that to them and then they said that the bathroom was a mess. The bathroom was a mess. It was pretty standard. I would not recommend staying here. The one of the staff members is extremely miserable and nasty. I got DoorDash delivered as I am partially disabled and the cleaning crew yelled at them. I would never stay here
