I booked 2 rooms well in advance for a couple of days for myself and old parents. Paid the entire amount in advance. The hotel sent me confirmation as well. Upon reaching they denied my checkin saying they gave the rooms to someone else. The guy in reception was arrogant and refuse to listen anything. I was left helpless. These guys are cheaters….
