the location is perfect true beach front property but the rooms need to be removated.Bathroom undersink door cabinet missing and falling apart.Toilet seat missing .AC sounds like a diesel truck engine.Cable and WIFI not working .TV not working.I complained about the toilet seat cover and I was asked if I really need one.The place set up probably used to be nice but the gardens and the grounds need to be spruced and cleaned.Love the infinity pool facing the ocean.Restaurant food pretty good .Price not bad .Place seemed pretty safe.

We booked this resort for 2 nights and three days but we only stayed for one night because of the typhoon and egay and habagat. We experienced heavy rain during our stay that’s why we decided to check out early. The view of the beach in front of the hotel is really nice as well as the infinity pool. They have total of 4 swimming pools. Their room was untidy, there’s a lot of ants on our headboard that’s why we removed it. The pillows are dirty and it looks old na. The ac was not cold and when i checked it, they don’t even clean the filter. There’s no TV. The bathroom was dirty as well, they don’t have heater, i noticed it night time na but they offered to change our room however, we refused because we’re about to leave the next day na and my son was sleeping already. The bathroom sink was really dirty. Di ako nakatulog ng maayos maybe because of the heavy rain dumagdag nalang ung dirty na bed. Also, going to the resort from main road kailangan mong dumaan sa gitna ng palayan which is maputik talaga. When it comes to their food not that delicious pero medyo expensive and their rice hindi po masarap sobra na disappoint ako kasi parang nfa :( siguro if you’re not sensitive when it comes to the bedroom ok ang place kasi maganda ang mga swimming pool and front beach sya. What i like in hotels kasi is clean dapat and mabango so medyo nadisappoint ako sa resort na to.

楼梯扶手上的钉子都翘出来了。

非常棒的体验，除了睡觉，房间内就别期待太多了。但他们有好几个游泳池、海滩区和餐厅。
厕所很脏很臭，信号差，还没有Wi-Fi。

这个地方不错，唯一的小问题是浴室的水质和清洁度，但总的来说是一次不错的体验。
美丽的建筑群，就在海滩上，但维护不善且正在破败。几个美丽的泳池，很少维护。只要稍加努力，就可以取得伟大的成就。非“标准间”的价格相对于其本身及其提供的服务来说显然太高了。清洁度还有很大的进步空间。然而，从早上 6 点开始，房间清洁人员的声音就非常大，他们尖叫、大笑并摔门。他们似乎没有意识到有些客人此时可能仍想睡觉，所以他们的工作非常简化，只做他们必须做的和被告知的事情。保洁技术不够完善，导致很多东西没有清洗干净，房间里很脏，有“下水道”的恶臭。有些房间很漂亮，有些房间风景优美，但有些房间很差，通常没有窗户。 工作人员总体上都很友好，除了少数例外。厨房开放至下午 7 点。食物很单一而且价格太贵而且很油腻。没有水果，没有甜点，菜单有限。房间里没有电视，没有网络，只有室外有网络，质量一般。没有无障碍设施，停车场太小，通道难以通行且“自然”，停电时发电机不工作，而且停电显然经常发生。 不幸的是，各个平台上的许多批评都是正确的，尽管做出了保证，但由于缺乏兴趣，似乎没有任何改善的迹象。这很遗憾，因为它实际上是一个非常好的设施，或至少曾经是。
