We booked for two nights and left after the first night: the electricity kept tripping, the shower did not drain so it flooded the bathroom, the washing machine was full of mould and when we tried to run a hot wash it showed an error message and failed to work, we struggled to keep the fridge cool and the inner courtyard view resembled a prison. Added to this there was an unpleasant smell throughout the apartment, with a damaged chair, a rusty dish rack and chipped plate.

We stayed in the Residence Puerto Marina which I am assuming is the one listed here..... Really good modern apartment with a lift, balcony and good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c worked well. The receptionist was excellent, very helpful, friendly and very quick to address any issues. The apartment feels very safe. There is a small indoor market very close by with everything you would need to dine in. The kitchen is good but could do with some more basic equipment. As a well used holiday apartment some of the equipment needs replacing and updated. The "sea view" is not quite as pleasant as the photo's, more of a harbour view..... Overall, even though there were a few short comings we loved the apartment as it grows on you. We booked two nights but stayed for three and went on a day trip to Tanger which was very easy by shared taxi. Would highly recommend the Port XIV restaurant nearby, fabulous modern restaurant with locally sourced fresh ingredients.
