Brilliant location Amazing apartment Lots of room very spacious If your looking for a quite night it’s not the place as it’s in the middle of the town centre and very vibrant all night Derik the receptionist was so lovely and accommodating

Our apartment was disappointing. It was uncomfortably hot, even the UHT milk had spoiled. The rooms sat level with the courtyard, so people were right outside our lounge and bedroom windows. The sofa was badly stained and looked worn, and it seemed like a dining table was missing. The apartment was clean, but we didn’t realise it was a five-minute walk from the main hotel, where we also had to go each morning for breakfast. Breakfast was fine, though plates still had visible food on them. For the price and for my husband’s 40th, we expected far better. We won’t return or recommend

Stayed for one night with friends in a two bedroom apartment on the third floor. Got a great deal and super quick check in, every staff member we spoke to was polite and professional. When we returned from our night out they checked our card and room number which we felt was good for security. The apartment was brilliant, I saw after we stayed that some reviews said it was outdated and we didn’t feel that was the case at all, the apartment felt modern and luxurious. Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room with table and kitchen. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were complimentary. Great location - few minutes walk from the train station and two minute walk from Wetherspoons where we went for breakfast. The only improvement I would suggest is there was only one three seater sofa and the space would have benefitted from a second sofa or armchair, given this is an apartment for four adults. We had a brilliant night in Newcastle and would definitely return to these apartments. Just a note on the deposit - the £200 deposit was returned after 7 days so no issues there.

The check in was flawless, Derek who was on the front desk was an absolutely charming man. Sadly that's were the compliments end. The penthouse had stains on the carpet outside the door, the suite was tiled throughout like something out of the 80's....the balcony was locked off as adults can't be trusted ( try the Crown Plaza where they trust you on the balcony ) and to be fair, the moldy table on the balcony left a lot to be desired had we been trusted to be on the balcony. The missing door on the fitted wardrobes was a nice touch. My summary would be spacious but not on par with the competition.

Not worth the money at all, I paid almost £200 for a room and was a big let down. The staff are not very welcoming, there is no sense of anything there to be excited for. The rooms are sooo outdated and are not appealing at all. If I could go back and not book this I really would. There was no heating in our room so was cold for most of the night/ morning. Not impressed at all. The car park you have to pay 20 pounds for 24hrs which is rediculous if you have paid to stay at the hotel?!

Location - Perfect, very central and convenient Parking - Nearly £20 for 24hrs. Which isn't ideal. Would be much better accommodation for those travelling via Train. Room - Clean and tidy, everything you need for a few nights stay. Very beautiful. Bed was extremely comfortable. Had bother with the room booked on arrival - stated on arrival we couldn't stay in the 2 bedroom apartment, they however provided two alternative rooms. Drinks provided in mini bar not too expensive to be honest, for the convenience. Deposit for the rooms on arrival was £200 - expensive but understandable considering the quality of the room.

We stayed in the studio apartment which is in a separate building from the actual hotel. About a 5 mins walk so no big deal but booking on a third party website does not tell you this. It was clean but a little bit worse for wear at the edges. Fully fitted kitchen and lots of room tho. It's in a good location to central Newcastle and near many restaurants shops and the station. Also a multi story car park nearby (Grainger town). We were on 4th floor so good views. Only downside is the deposit procedure they have, they take the payment rate plus £100 on top plus when you depart they take the payment rate. And we had to wait a good couple of weeks to get our money refunded. Not ideal if you need your money back asap

Apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Staff very friendly. Downside it’s on a one way street and every ambulance, fire engine etc go by so extremely noisy. Big Downside took a £200 deposit from me on 3rd May, still waiting for it to come back onto the balance of my account on 3rd June. Absolutely ridiculous. They need to get this sorted out.

Apartment was spacious, clean and well maintained.. £200 security deposit on check in , which was returned within 24hrs after checking out . Apartment was central to everything 5 minutes to train station, shops . Definitely stay here again only wee let down was no dining table , and sofa was very low for elderly parents but other than that very good value for money.
