Beautiful Cabana right on the beach front, manager was very helpful and spoke good English, walking distance from all amenities in arugam bay. Clean and comfortable with good air con. Wonderful view of sun rise every morning, Outdoor seating outside cabana under roof so could sit outside when raining

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! First of all, the view was absolutely stunning — right over the sea. Waking up to that scenery every morning was unforgettable. The entire hotel staff deserves the highest praise — everyone was friendly, polite, and always ready to help. A very special thank you to Jalil, who went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. He was always there with a smile, ready to solve any issue or simply offer helpful advice. Thanks to people like him, the hotel feels more like home than just a place to stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Room not ready on arrival at 4pm. We were only guests of hotel. Had to ask for glasses, toilet roll, beach towels. Room filthy, place scruffy, untidy. Toilet seat broken and filthy, had to ask them to clean it. Drain for shower disgusting. No water given to us except on day we left for our journey. Card machine not working for payment, no one told us, it delayed our departure. WiFi not too bad. Photos look great, it isn’t. Restaurant tables, floors and chairs covered in bird excrement and all askew. I could go on, and on!

So many bad things: Dirty rooms, dirty towels, dirty sheets The manager lies about prices of things, he pushes sales of safari, surfing lessons and ect, and after you take the deal the price suddenly goes up. Also he said that breakfast is included but in the bill time it wasn't. We had bugs in the room. No air-conditioning! And it is so hot here. Every day, in the middle of the day, they start gardening with a noisy machine. Bad wifi, doesn't get to the rooms Water pressure in the is very low In booking it said this is a 5 star hotel.. definitely NOT We left after 3 nights instead of 5, highly not recommend
