Pros: Clean room, excellent hot breakfast, quiet despite proximity to airport
Cons: No 2-queen suites with sofabed, pool is very small and cold, staffing was limited and mostly on their phones, breakfast was the exact same from day to day

Good hotel, but don’t stay in room 325
The room was initially fine, but anytime someone you just shower or the toilet sewer gas would come out from the cleaning port next to the bed. I can also hear a drip behind the wall most of the time. The sink pressure in the bathroom was barely a dribble, even though the valves were turned up.Maybe it was because it was one of the last rooms upstairs and the pressure was low. Spoke with the front desk they were polite, but they were completely booked, so there was no options.

Our TV did not work in our room. I went to the front desk and someone did come to the room to try to fix it, he was unable. When I went back to the front desk to see how they planned to rectify the situation, they said because I was unable to allow them in the room when we were not there, they would be unable to do anything. My partner was able to stay in the room the next day, when he frontdesk to get assistance with the TV they told him the maintenance person had already left. We ended up watching TV on my phone, which was less than ideal. The room was also not good. The shower had mildew in the corner, the fauet in the bathroom was misplaced and the room was loud. There were folks running in the hallway and over our heald almost all night. The breakfast was also very unappetizing looking. We saw the food and left to go find breakfast. The refrigerator would not get cold and the room had a weird smell. Our stay was not good and we will not be back.

I myself offered to go to rectify the concern and was turned down by you because you stated that your partner was in the room and nobody could go in while he was in the room as well due to work purposes. From my understanding we credited your stay before you departed even though we were not allowed to enter the room. I'm sorry if you feel as if we fell short for you but we do reach to please our guests every need. We hope you have a great day and wish you the best!

The staff were all really nice. The room was ok, small and kinda cramped where the refrigerator and bathroom door was really awkward. Room was clean but not spotless, there were some random food crumbs on the side of the bed by the floor. You are near the airport so you can hear the planes. The washer was broken so I couldn’t do laundry so I wasn’t happy about that.

Front desk staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. The employees seemed to spend more time “hanging out” and being on their phones than actually working. The breakfast was not stocked 45 minutes before closing time, with no worker in sight to ask for help, napkins, or menu items. Very poor experience! I will certainly choose another hotel next time.

Selected this hotel for my husband to be close to the airport and for the airport shuttle. Upon arrival he was told they don’t have an airport shuttle. We also selected late check out for an extra $30. After he was already checked in we received an email notification from the hotel that they couldn’t accommodate late check out. Nothing was mentioned on arrival. Disappointed with this hotel.

Breakfast buffet had a very good selection for f items. The room itself was very nice, liked the spaciousness, floors and furnishings. Room had sufficient darkening capabilities to make it easy to sleep unlike some hotels.
The hotel would have received all 5 stars if not for the 2 issues in the bathroom:
1. The shower had black areas on the grout around the base of the shower. Mildew staining?
2. The left sliding shower door (facing the shower), would not stay closed, so water from the shower head kept spraying outside the glassed in area. Otherwise nice facility and close to the airport.
