Everything was perfect. fabulous room, Fabulous staff. absolutely loved our room for refrigerator. dishwasher plates utensils. Had a sofa bed if we needed a guest to stay and a curtain to divide the room would absolutely recommend to stay here.

The water pressure was non existent and the breakfast was lackluster. Staff was very friendly tho and the room and hotel was clean and smelled good.

The room was huge and clean the first day. When we left the first day only to come back and find our room was not taken care of. I understand the bed not being made but not to have clean towels for the next day was inexcusable!

Our brand standard is to have housekeeping do partial service every other day and full service on every fifth day.

We were told our room was not ready. Check-in is at 3 o’clock and we were trying to check in at 3:45. They went ahead and gave us our keys and told us to wait. We asked if it was ready and they said it should be, you can go up and when we got their housekeeping, was still in the room cleaning. The hotel needs some maintenance work. Things are looking a bit Beat up. breakfast no good.

Everything was to my liking. If I had to give feedback, I would only say there weren’t a lot of parking for Hilton honors members outside of diamond members.
