Great staff at the Southington Marriott. The hotel is clean and well cared for. Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at Marriotts many times but this time the place was fair. Staff was amazing and lovely but no follow through on concerns that we noticed. The new shower were a concern. Shower floor was slick and slippery. Asked for a mat but was told to use a towel. Shower head was 1) too high to reach to adjust the shower head 2) when adjusted, no matter what, water output remained scattered and weak. For the price should have a simple breakfast

I booked the suite for preparation for me to get ready the day of my wedding and it was very spacious for the makeup artist, hair dresser, and my bridal party to sit comfortably. The hotel itself is beautiful as well and the view outside our window was stunning with occasional cows grazing

When I booked the two rooms, it said king size bed. I don’t believe they were king size

Everything was fine except noise.
There are a lot of noise from traffic on the highway.

Went for a wedding and was stranded at the venue from the hotel! It wasn’t until I threatened them with a lawsuit and amazingly they found a way to get back to the venue but that was after I spent $40 on an Uber. The hotel was nice but extremely noisy with the highway right next door. If you build a hotel next to a highway you should sound proof your property!!

Nice stay.
Everything was just fine. Great facility. Great location that was in close proximity of our venue. Room was clean. Did not need housekeeping for our short stay. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Nice clean room. The bar/kitchen was understaffed. One person tending bar, taking food orders, making the food, and serving the food, led to delays in service and people finally walking away, NOT spending money

The door to my room was loose, when pushing on the door from the outside it would move enough for someone to easily break in. The toilet seat did not stay up. The walls in the bathroom were disgusting. One elevator was out of service and the other was on its way out, every time I was in the elevator another guest would point it out as well. For a fairly new property this place looks sad. I’ll stick to the Hilton across the street going forward.
房间很新！2018年新开的。特别是把暖气靠墙设置，这个比美国很多之前的酒店暖气放房间，正对着其中一张床好很多。但是家庭2大2小旅游的话，房间比适合家庭度假旅游的酒店房间要小一个沙发区。酒店早餐是需要在吧台点单的，味道还是不错！但因为不是自助早餐，courtyard品牌都是这样。这个就看个人喜好了。酒店团队服务都很nice! 保持courtyard水准。一楼大厅有好几个适合办公的位置！如果商务出行很棒！谢谢！
