Shower stall was dirty. Room door did not secure tight. It rattled loosely everytime a neighbour shut there door. Breakfast was atrocious. Eggs and gravy were soupy. I mean almost like water.

The bedspread had red stuff on it that looked like bleed. I had to contact the staff to come change it out. The breakfast was a very poor selection. The building I thought was new but then inside you can see where there was painted poorly and a poorly remodeled building/room. I will not stay again.

Looks nice but poor service
The place seemed to be under construction. Damaged walls and missing base boards throughout. Breakfast bar was very empty. No one was in there so it's not like people are everything. Flipped on the tidy up sign in the morning and when I returned in the evening they came and picked up my dirty towels but did nothing else. Didn't empty any trash cans, didn't replace my towels, didn't make the bed. None of their remotes worked for the tvs. Phone inside the room didn't work either so I had to go down to the front desk anytime I needed something.

The hotels not bad. But for the money I’d expect it to have been nicer. $330 for a king room. $390 after taxes and fees. And to have a hotel with gouges in the drywall. Paint on the shower head. Chips in the walls and paint here and there. The cheapest tissues, toilet paper, and toiletries. An alarm clock not even plugged in. Wires hanging out from around the tv. A very bland gray room. A tv in the bathroom was cool, but it didn’t turn on.
I just think the entire place should have been better. Or at least lower the rates to the standard it is at.
