Good property for a one night stay if all you really need is a bed and few embellishments. Staff was like the property, nothing above and beyond. Room doors slam loudly, the walls are somewhat thin, no carpet anywhere so the sound is not deadened.

Front desk staff very friendly, property overall clean well maintained appearance and fresh smelling atmosphere.
Room was clean and again fresh and clean smelling.

They were still your deposit and lie about it
The hotel stay was OK when we arrive. We were asked to put a deposit like every other hotel you required to put a deposit either debit card or cash. I decided to use a debit card. It was a $50 deposit. My day was on 12 October. I called numerous times that I did not receive my deposit. They constantly claim that they already refund the deposit went to my bank. The bank told me they took the money out since 15 October and there was no refund issue called them again asked for the receipt of the refund. They say they will email it to me. I didn’t receive any email about any receipt of a refund. Be careful staying here if you’re gonna put a deposit make sure it’s cash and make sure to get back to you when you leave because they will take your money and not give it back and constantly lie about it.

This place looks nice, but is really dirty and under construction and the beds are the worst the pillows are the worst. Neither of us could get a good nights sleep because our backs and neck were hurting too much. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone even if it was free And the breakfast was horrible. Overall everything was horrible and they also charge me $20 more than I was quoted.

Elevator didn't work part of the time. Was told "well that happens". My husband is 80 years old and had to climb up to 3rd floor....
Went to get breakfast coffee and machine wasn't working. Finally got it fixed but the coffee was awful.
We were looking for mints on the pillow, just a way to get to our room and morning coffee. Won't be going back

Dirty suites and poor customer service
Do not stay at this property. My family and I attempted to stay there and the room was dirty and reach of mildew. I was promised a refund that I am now fighting with the property to receive. Even though it was confirmed that my refund will be processed. I repeat do not book or stay here.

Our room smelled like mold/mildew, our ice bucket had mold on it. Shower was dirty still from previous guests, there was hair in the drain. The sofa/bean bag chair in the room was stained. Staff was nice but due to cleanliness we won’t be returning.

I checked into this hotel and thought it was decent until we entered the room and noticed the trash cans full of trash. Notified Wynn “manager” and nothing was done. Not happy about experience and customer service. Will never stay again and DO NOT RECOMMEND

We arrived and our room was 80 degrees inside. We changed clothes and left after lowering the temperature to 70. When we returned later that night the room temperature was 76. The towels were yellowing and old. We turned on the T.V. and thier was no cable, antenna or hdmi connected so it was useless. The room was a handicap room (not mentioned at booking) and was priced higher because it had a mini fridge and microwave. The showering chair grossed me out. The price was expensive at a discount. The location was highly rated which is what I look for. Once there I feel they didn't meet any of the online ratings.
