The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and very professional.
The only issue was a 50.00 per night credit hold, was was stated on *******. The clerk said it was a local policy, that wasn't listed online. I had mixed emotions about that, but I no choice but to comply.

I have stayed here about a dozen times. Front desk staff have gone from bad to worse. I have had to wait for someone to show up so I could check in. Which was bad to now someone checking me out being rude and unhelpful. Thankful new hotels have now opened in the area. I will not be back.

Everything was good. People were nice. When it came to add on a couple more day at the last minute, they were very Accommodating and kept us in the same room.

Overall a ok stay room was clean and simple but the main hallways are a dirty mess with old bunched up carpets. The most disappointing was the smashed thermostat that couldn't be read anymore. Breafast was good and beds were comfortable.

Did not have a bath in hotel room like it said. Staff would tell me different things about late checkout. Microwave was dirty. Got a late checkout at 3 pm, but someone still tried to come clean our room at 1:30 pm with the do not disturb sign on door. Would not stay here again. Also, horrible potholes when you turn into the parking lot.
