Due to an injury, I was unable to make the trip but I called ahead to make sure my husband could still check in. He was there fo a concert and mentioned the room was nice with a big bathroom and the bed was comfortable.

We were given an extremely dirty room. Then there wasnt another room that I reserved available. The carpeted floors in the hallways are filthy. Surely was not worth $200/night.

We didn’t like that we had a complicated check in process after a long day attending a funeral for my son-in-law. We just wanted to get into our room and relax. Apparently the hotels credit card machine wasn’t working. Another couple trying to check in couldn’t get in. Our card didn’t work, my daughter’s card didn’t work! We had to sign up through an email in order for them to let us have our room! After a very long check in process, we were finally able to get a room which I thought was already secured through *******! The hall carpets in this hotel are raised in many places, and could be a potential tripping hazard. The room itself appeared clean, but I found a partially eaten pizza in pizza box that was above the refrigerator.

The staff was great, especially the person working the front desk in the evening. She bent over backwards to help us. Super clean and safe. The beds were terrible. Felt like concrete. Sleeping on the floor may have been softer.

Room was great and the staff were so accommodating and kind. They helped us out by calling our upstairs neighbors to ask them to stop being so noisy. The surrounding area was kind of desolate but it was fine for our needs.

Our Go-to Hotel
This is our go-to for Six Flags visits. We've stayed here numerous times and always have a great experience. We had a hiccup with our room not being cleaned, but the front desk staff immediately set it right. We understand things happen, but we were pleased with the customer service.

Not returning
I’ll start with the good. The facility is very nice and updated and clean. The staff was very friendly. The pool was small but adequate and I loved the outline and design of the room. I didn’t partake but the hot breakfast I’m sure is a hit by a lot of people.
Now the bad. The website says that it’s pet friendly and you don’t find out until you get there that there’s an additional $75 fee to be pet friendly and it’s nonrefundable. It’s an additional fee. The bed was hard as a rock. It was the worst hotel stay sleeping wise that I have ever had. The pillows are small and squishy and square And there was really no way to get comfortable between the two I was on the first floor and every time the person above me flushed it sound like a waterfall going on over my head and anytime anybody in the floor is above me used their shower. There was this weird hum in the wall that never went away.
