This is the worst hotel experience that we every had in our life. We had booked 02 rooms on 12 and 13 Jan during Maha Kumbh Mela, understandably, most of the hotels were not available and the rates was high. We booked this hotel paying 7000 per room per night thinking even if this has basic cleanliness we could stay. However, once we checked in and saw the room, we still were ok to stay as we had no choice. The room did not had heater, there was spitting on the wall, the dirtiest and wet mat and when we removed the blanket, both blanket and bedspread was stained and there were several hairs. So we called them to change the bedspread. The guy came and put new bedspread which had burnt holes in it plus hair! Then when we checked the pillows all of the pillows were black and had mold in it! There was no water bottles, upon requesting 02 bottles were provided and next day we were told that it is chargeable! They had charges 250 extra for breakfast (1000 for 02 days for 02 adults) and we had selected 2 breakfast instead of 4. At the time of check-in we were told that breakfast will be ready by 7:30, however next day when we came down around 8:45, they are informing us it will take 40min to prepare breakfast. We didn't eat any food in this hotel for both days. Upon checking-out they are calling us to pay for the water bottles! This hotel room and service is not even worth 500rs, even after charging 7000, they are not even providing clean sheets, basic amenities like water bottle, soap, towel, etc.
