好的地方：-酒店是由雅诗阁管理的，所以还是很符合星级公寓式酒店的标准的，熨斗保险箱什么的都很齐全。
-酒店是没有前台的，我们凌晨到达，给酒店打了电话，他们很快就过来给我们办了入驻手续。
-位置也不错，虽然它不处在世遗的核心区，但走着到哪都挺便捷。旁边也有茶室和便利店，吃饭很方便。
-房间很大，两室一厅 有餐具 适合家庭出游
不足的地方：房间临街的一侧有些吵
-设施维护的一般，卫生打扫的一般
-床太软了，睡起来不舒服

住了两天， 发现这家酒店地理位置绝佳，离蓝屋、富二代、吴瑞记和红园美食广场都很近，于是又续住了四天。酒店虽然没有前台，但是服务还是比较到位，特别是每天清洁房间的印度大爷，给我们送饮用水送茶包，工作认真细致！

评论不多，但我要说，赶紧预订吧，非常值！房间很好，位置也棒，离点心店很近，走过去就行。如果勤快点，也可以步行去其他景点。
酒店要求提前一天电话联系，但我打不通。别担心，直接去酒店找工作人员就行了。除了4马币的城市税，没有其他房间押金。9/10分，扣掉一分是因为联系不上工作人员。
房间很好，漂亮又干净，服务也很棒。
性价比很好，适合家庭出游，位置也很好，出门就有美食
第一，晚上吵的根本睡不了觉，外面音乐，唱歌，然后早上摩托车声音，无语死了。
第二，客厅没有阳光，也不通风，洗手间坐便旁边漏水很严重。
第三，服务态度及其恶劣，到店需支付224马币，现金没带够，少10马币，我说去取完给她，她说不可以，她说骑摩托载我过去，然后她把我扔那了，她自己骑摩托回去了，真是搞笑，我开始以为她有事情，结果她也是回房间那里，大热天的我自己走回去，住了两天本想着续住，我问她多少钱，她告诉我一天788，现在所有平台都没有这么高的价格，我觉得她在欺诈我，随意报价，后面有我发的其他平台三天的价格，就知道差距有多大，她属于欺骗消费者

非常棒，乐于助人！地理位置优越，周边有很多餐馆。
我特别喜欢那家叫“Ship”的餐厅，他们的牛排和海鲜都很赞。
整体还不错，楼下是米其林2023-2026推荐餐厅！比较可惜的是没有停车位，槟城智能停车软件只支持马来西亚与新加坡门号注册，不便于外国人。
