At first glance, this was a nice, clean hotel. Christopher, who worked at the front desk, was SO NICE and an absolute JOY to interact with!! He was so helpful during my stay. He went above and beyond! My biggest complaint— BUGS. I found at least one bug in my room everyday. Spiders and Roaches!!! That’s unacceptable. The room felt a bit stuffy and humid. There’s no working fan in the bathroom. As much as I enjoyed sitting on the patio at night and my pleasant interactions with Christopher— I don’t plan on returning to this hotel.

Hyatt House BCS
The stay at the Hyatt House Bryan/College Station was good. The breakfast was good too. Staff is friendly. We had an extended stay up to 5 days. Because of an extended stay, the room was not cleaned everyday, but on the 3rd day. Another words it was once we there and on the day we left. Hygiene and cleanliness are not a top priority. This should be a top priority especially in a public place. We had to ask for extra hand and bath towels. We will not be staying at the Hyatt House anymore.

Perfect excet for loud AC
Great place to stay-like an apartment but with breakfast and cleaning service.
One thing-AC is ridiculously loud. I had to use ear plugs to sleep!!

Great Value! Great Staff! Equals Great Stay!
Nice hotel. Especially for the price! The front desk staff never missed greeting me one single time. Just super friendly, welcoming, and warm. Breakfast was just fine. Plenty of options. Only complaint was my room smelled slightly moldy. The pool was full of leaves. In their defense, a thunderstorm came through and blew off a bunch of dried up leaves off a tree/plant by pool area. Overall, great stay. In my opinion, a room at a Hyatt for less than $100 dollars a night is unbeatable and I would definitely stay with them again.

The hotel was nice, gym was well equipped and clean. The free breakfast was fabulous. My only down side was the AC units in the rooms were loud. They worked but loud. :-)
