The area is cute; the place looks newly renovated. The room was clean, the staff polite and helpful, everything was fine but our bed was so uncomfortable! I would be afraid to come back because of that.

The service was excellent. Employees are friendly. It was close to my hospital so location was great. Breakfast was really good the coffee not so much. Carlos, Shalani and Rosa in charge of breakfast are all outstanding employees and a great asset to Best Western. The rooms are clean I wish I would have gotten a King instead but the queen was extremely comfortable..

Rooms were in good condition and property looked clean and up to date. Continental brealfast was, well, a continental breakfast. Great location with easy access to downtown Ventura by foot.

So it’s California I get it however, when you provide a smoking area, you should provide chairs and an ashtray. You wonder when you go 100% zero smoking and don’t give people a place to smoke how people are going to behave. Well, go look at the area that they gathered at ashes and cigarette butts and everything. I’m a person who prays Using smoke. You required me to go to this area and I’m disappointed by that I did what you asked. And you still came up short. I felt almost as if I was I don’t know uncomfortable at least. However, carlos and the staff were amazing human beings. This is a simple problem to fix create a smoking area fools
