Bedding was dirty or stained not sure which one.. outlets were not put in the walls correctly luckly i didnt have small children with me. Reception desk staffed acted like you were a bother if you had to ask them something. Breakfast room dining staff was amazing expecially with my kids that was there. Didnt use the pool pretty sure too many chemicals and bleach was used

The lobby and breakfast area were clean and smelled great! The hallway in the first floor needed a little updating. The 1st room we were assigned smelled like smoke and we requested a different room. The front desk staff was very nice and we were given a room across the hallway. The second room had a very faint smoke smell and we were able to stay there. I don’t know if the rooms were former smoking rooms or if smoke from a floor above had filtered down. The room it’s self was clean, had a comfortable bed, and the sofa was very nice as well. However, there was a place behind the bathroom door that had a previously fixed but molded patch that looked like it needed removed and fixed again. We didn’t eat breakfast, but the reviews all talked about what a great breakfast they had.

The room smelled moldy/musty. There was long dark hair all over the beds, sheets, towels, and in the bathroom. I'm assuming the housekeeper. The pool had too much chemicals in it. My youngest son vomited. I would not stay here again.

The breakfast was very good. They had a large variety and the staff working it was pleasant.

Breakfast was awesome and the girl who hosted was a rockstar 100% but our room to start the lid to the ice bucket had a lot of mold on the lid bathroom wall had dry brown crud on the walls light switches disgusting and the head of the bed on the floor was full of hair and something caked into the carpet and the chair in the room had a lot of heavy stains, we did receive fresh towels each day though but the room was pretty gross we used the towels to cover up. We attended nascar all weekend so we were up early and came back pretty late in the night. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and it was very clean but this time was not. Management needs to start checking these rooms and also check the maintenance of these rooms. My previous visit was 2 years ago and like the times before I was very happy with this hotel

They were having a plumbing issue (no water in rooms), but it wasnt their fault, the whole area was without water. The hotel was very nice. The room was clean. The only issues werewe could smell fresh paint and no water. We loved the size of the room. If we need a hotel in the future, we would definitely find another like this!
