When I check in they had already gave away my room to my brother because we have the same last name they got the reservation wrong. Even when I showed them my ******* booking. After calling ******* they offer to switch rooms after two nights in the room we just stayed instead of moving everything. Hallway need cleaning

We liked the spacious room and full kitchenette. We especially liked the breakfast options including the updated pancake bar and 24 hour coffee kiosk machine. Housekeeping was amazing, our room was cleaned with plenty of fresh towels by the time we returned from breakfast. Although we did not have time to use (attended family reunion activities in Gallion) the small outdoor pool looked very inviting and is a bonus. Highly recommend.

Best rest ever
The one thing that matters the most in our stay is the ability to sleep well. The bed was comfortable and the pillows hit the head just right. If I didn't have to leave I could have slept longer. Longer than I have in a long time. We are planning to come back just to sleep.

Had a great check-in experience—special thanks to the young lady at the front desk who was friendly and thorough in explaining the hotel policies and breakfast details. The interior of the building looks refreshed, clearly having had a recent facelift, which added to the comfort of the stay.
Breakfast was decent, though a bit limited due to the pancake machine being out of order. Still, it covered the basics.
Overall, a nice stay with helpful staff and a clean, updated environment. Would consider staying again!

Great hotel, mattresses need to be replaced
The only issue I had with my visit was that the mattress in our room 214 sagged in the middle and gave me and my husband a backache.
