The only complaint we had was that you have to step all the way into the shower in order to turn on the water. The door closet to the faucet doesn’t open.
Everything else was wonderful.

So much air freshener
The hotel staff are lovely and very helpful. The restaurant is decent but overpriced for the quality of the food. You can get much better downtown for the same price. Great bartenders though! Rooms are big and comfortable. The updates made are ok, but the paint is kind of chipping, carpet is starting to lift in places, etc. My only real issue is that the entire place is full of cheap, artificial air freshener and scented cleaning products and it’s truly awful.

The Burgundy Hotel is modern and everything works. The rooms are spacious and well.layed out. Parking is convenient. Price was good.

我们住得很愉快。这是我们第二次入住勃艮第酒店。如果你来小石城，这绝对是你应该预订和入住的酒店。这是一家古雅别致的酒店。房间非常干净漂亮，特大号床房很宽敞，酒店内还有一家很棒的餐厅，以及一家不错的早餐小酒馆。客服人员非常乐于助人且专业。他们努力让您的住宿愉快，整体体验令人满意。
总体来说，员工服务非常好！他们尽力满足我们的要求。然而，睡在那些床垫和薄如纸的枕头上之后……第二天我们的身体疼得厉害。如果我们需要在城里多住一段时间，应该会选择其他地方。正因为如此，我们不会再来了。
