We checked in late so we were greeted the same way I think most people get greeted when they check in late. Not super friendly but okay. The staff was great (house keeping- very friendly); the head breakfast lady made it very clear they were closed at 9:10 am as soon as I walked in to grab a bowl only and I had to explain myself. She may as well have said “please turn around and go back”. There’s a better way to say things vs-“excuse me; we are closed.” Since yogurts and oatmeal were there I should have been offered to feel welcome to grab some to go but no; “we are closed”. That’s all. I didn’t even want anything so it was presumptuous. I get your cleaning up, but don’t assume I’m coming to mess up your schedule. Otherwise, comfy room, very clean and comfy bed. Nice time for our pup too.

Housekeeping came every morning around 9 am. I have never stayed at a hotel where it was this early. There was no consideration that people were sleeping. Also the beds were terrible! My neck and back was hurting from the springs you could feel in the bed. The mattress are old and don’t have much cushion.

Pet fee is charged NIGHTLY!
Everything was fine, but the hotel charges $100 pet deposit - totally understandable - AND $50/night to keep pets with you! If they had a designated pet area or something else to offer, perhaps - but to keep a pet with you and charge $50/night feels insulting.

Unfortunately, the room I was assigned was located directly above the hotel entrance, and there was a significant amount of noise every time the doors opened to welcome guests. This made it difficult to rest, especially during the night.
Additionally, there was a persistent noise coming from the toilet due to a malfunction inside the water tank, which caused water to continuously leak.
I wanted to bring this to your attention in case it helps improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Front desk staff are welcoming and took pride in providing excellent customer service. Very impressed with the cleanliness of our room, the breakfast room, and the front desk area. We felt safe and confident that our room, bathroom, beds, desk and chairs are sanitized to safeguard our health. Breakfast was great and we appreciates the variety of food selection.
