I booked a reservation and no where did it mention a $100 deposit. The lady refused to.cancel my reservation and actually got mad/upset when i told her i was told her that i would get a refund. Then coincidentally i was denied the refund after this conversation. It makes me sick that someone would go out of there way like this. Never will i stay nor will i ever recommend anyone to go to best western. They honestly deserve negative stars

The entrance is tough to navigate.
The room with the outside door was cold and had massive air leaks around the door. The shower was cold and barely got to warm.

We have been using this hotel annually for about 10 years. Unfortunately, the quality has slipped over the last couple of years.
The room is looking tired, the towels are rough & non absorbent and the quality of the breakfast food was disappointing. The room shows a lot of neglect.
We will be looking into other hotels for future travel.

Stayed 4 nights. 5-star breakfast. Our room was as close to
our car as possible on ground floor due in part to our
request for a handicap accessible room.
Adjacent lounge is a plus with food & drinks,2 big screen TV's and children allowed.

酒店员工很友善，酒店本身也非常好。早餐很棒，酒店就在州际公路旁边。如果非要我挑毛病的话，我只有几点不满：浴室风扇很吵，人手不足（给前台打电话等了很久），健身房也没有定期维护。饮水机坏了，一辆自行车有个部件坏了，还有一台跑步机听起来快要散架了。尽管如此，酒店整体还是非常棒的，所以我仍然给五星好评。
太糟糕了。不推荐。他们明明告诉我退房后押金会立即退还，结果根本就不是这么回事。我退房的时候房间是干净整洁的，没有任何理由不退还我的押金。
每天的早餐都很棒，员工也非常乐于助人且友好。我很喜欢那里的整体环境，私密性很好。入住体验非常棒！
