I had reservations but was turned away due to the place closed for renovations. i traveled 3 hours and was left out in the cold. they didn't even have the decency to provide information about alternatives in the area. never again. stay a the spark by Hilton just down the road on street road.. family stayed there and it was great.

Unbelievable. The 2 front desk girls are nasty and rude and liars. The new gm needs to fire them. I questioned a 250 charge on my cc for a 1 night 93.00 stay. And she threw me out of the hotel. This is going on my tv show. And I am imploring 250 000 followers not to ever stay there.
