I went to take a swim at 8:00 PM. I knew the pool closed at 9 PM. I got out of the pool a couple minutes before nine tiled off and exactly at 9 PM. I tried to get back into the hotel. My door card did not work I went to the main gate and it was locked by key. I could not get out of the pool area and I could not get back into the pool. I beat on the door, but the lobby is on the opposite side of the pool and no one checked the pool before locking the doors. I am disabled. There was no way that I was able to get out out of that pool area I had to stand and wait for someone to walk down the hallway and beaten screen. Another customer saw me and he tried to open the door for me and the key card would not let him open the door from the inside and I could not open it from the outside. This is extremely dangerous and unsafe .He went and got an employee who came to the door and unlocked it while she was on her cell phone. She did not say she was sorry or anything. She just walked away after opening the door. I was very unhappy with this. It was 9:40 pm before I got back in. I am very unhappy with this experience.

The front desk was very pleasant at checkin. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Morning breakfast was good and well attended to. When leaving the hotel in the morning even the cleaning staff up and down the halls greeted us, wished us safe travels and invited us back! This will definitely be my sleepover on my usual trip to Florida.

首先我要说我是智选假日酒店的超级粉丝。我会一次又一次地选择它而不是其他酒店。这家酒店的位置很特别。走进第一个房间，马桶座圈下面全是干了的尿液。好像很久没打扫过了。我去前台要求换一间新房间，结果给了我一间楼下的房间和一把新钥匙。前台没有提供任何补偿、道歉，甚至表现得像是在关心我。隔壁的房间虽然没有明显的污渍，但不符合典型智选假日酒店的标准。床单很乱，没有掖好，不知道是不是上次客人住过之后换过的。我再也不会住这家酒店了，以后肯定会质疑我对这个品牌的忠诚度。
