Travelled with my family and stayed in Treebo Trend south Avenue with Roadside View for couple of days. Booked Deluxe room, good space. The stay was pleasant, no issues found. Complementary breakfast was good. Car parking is outside the hotel, road side but no issues. Hospitality was really good and they have 24x7 support / front desk.

Staff rose up to the occasaion and managed a crisis very efficiently. Our Spicejet flight was cancelled and rescheduled for next day. Treebo accommodated all passengers, arranged taxis for transportation, dinner was served in restaurant or even selivered by room service. Housekeeping was efficient with multiple requests of extra beds n drinking water. Rooms were clean and comfortable Breakfast was fresh, hot and tasty. Staff was polite and had the situation well under control to look after what would have been irate passengers who had spent 4-6 hrs waiting at the airport only to be deplaned after boarding!!

The room was neat and clean. As we were 3 they have upgraded us to XL room with no extra cost. Had a pleasant stay. Also near the Beach is at 500 mtr walkable distance and cafeterias. All the spots at white town are at walking distance. In house Restaurant food also good. Very much recommended.

Average Budget hotel.Staff was very good and friendly but the rooms were unkempt and washrooms were smelly. Breakfast was also ok looking at the budget accommodation. The lighting in the room was also dim. Two different sides of the room had 2 lights of different intensities so I had trouble in reading anything.

I am writing this review against the Agoda booking app and Treebo Trend South Avenue Hotel Pondi with utmost irritation and displeasure. One of the top-notch fraudsters in online booking .it was a nightmare for me after the booking I made and had an embarrassing experience in my life which I definitely want the public to know and be aware of the boondoggle Agoda experience. I have booked the 2 rooms for my family with Kids and parents in Treebo Hotels Pondicherry which I personally confirmed with the Hotel after I made the reservations. I travelled on 26th Jan to Velankanni and after day two I reached the Pondi Treebo hotels after travelling more than 700 km from Kerala. To my surprise, I was told that there is no such reservation in my Name, and they don’t have any responsibility for Agoda’s reservation. After a small altercation, I contacted Agoda and they said the hotel was overbooked and they cancelled the reservation. They had sent the mail a day prior which I was travelling, and I did not check the mail. Still, my reservation amount is with them and is yet to be returned and they did not provide any alternative stay. I was totally disappointed, felt cheated and completely depressed. In order to continue my stay in pondy I had to book another hotel for an enormous amount. Such an egregious experience with this hotel booking App needs to be put in the limelight. All folks out there my humble request is to stay away from this fraudster Agoda and Treebo Hotels.

The facility was well maintained, it was clean, the complimentary breakfast was good with South Indian and continental food, and the over all experience was great I personally liked it very much good for a family stay recommend the property 100%

The hotel was good and the rooms were spacious. The staff was also pleasant and helpful. Some areas to improve are: 1. The toilet and towels need to be cleaner. 2. The air conditioner was not functioning properly, the temperature controls at times did not work. Despite this, the stay was good and I will consider Treebo hotels again.

I've stayed in 5 other hotels with even more tariffs however this hotel beat all of them. Be it is food or service or comfort stay they deserve 5 stars. In the peak tourist period it is difficult get a room also so book well in advance. Undoubtedly they will be 1st choice in Pondi for me. Kudos to team south avenue
