Service is great grounds were perfect. The only major complaint was our room 207 was directly next-door to the dining hall and it was incredibly loud, like they were doing construction at six in the morning. We had a horrible time, trying to enjoy our mornings due to all the noise

And they had carpet beetles
Packing up breakfast before it’s time and being rude to the kids
The kitchenette is very small it’s just like a hot plate but it got the job done.

It was a great stay! Good breakfast, we found eye contact lenses in our room but otherwise everything was really nice.

Keys wouldn’t work most of the time, a/c did not cool the room down at all. Room was uncomfortable and not for us. We won’t be staying here again. The staff was excellent but the maintenance is poor.

Good of you need 2 beds in room, otherwise stay d
Is what i expected from best western: room is standard. Food (breakfast) is highly processed and below average, cleaning and front desk staff excellent. The location of this particular hotel is not great. Next to a freeway, about 10-15 minute walk to downtown. The reason we stayed here is because we needed 2 queen beds in a room. Otherwise, we could have stayed downtown for same price. The inns in downtown are a bit more rustic, but the breakfast quality will be much better and you can walk outside your door to other shops and amenities.
