Staff was friendly but everything in my room was either molded or empty couldn’t even shower while we were there an breakfast was great, but the pool was terrible smelt bad an couldn’t even see through the water

This hotel was incredibly nice. We stayed two nights and had everything we needed in the room. The river view was beautiful, the restaurant had very good food and the breakfast in the morning had lots to choose from!!

Good Room, Great Staff
Check in was a problem due to the app bot but the staff adjusted as much as they could. They were friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Nice, clean room with good amenities. No lotion (you don't realize you miss it until you stay somewhere that doesn't have it). And the sink handle was loose as well as the toilet paper holder.

The loung on the 9th floor was wonderful. Both men handling the bar and food were very friendly and really great. The beds and shower were perfect. Only thing id change would be all the gross spiders and webs blocking the beautiful views of the river. I know its the season, but maybe have the windows outside cleaned more often this time of year.

The staff was friendly/pleasant. They always greeted you when you passed by. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was as good as any that I have had at a motel. I would go out of my way to stay here again.

I wasn’t able to take advantage of the shuttle service nor the breakfast area as I had a 6am flight and neither were available to me.
