Service was great. We were moved to a higher floor due to a teen party that was going on near our original room. Unfortunately the room reeked of cigarette smoke, but I was too tired to raise with the staff and we were only there one night. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Staff was courteous and welcomed us with a smile. The room was very clean. These are a few items I would maybe revisit:
The smoking area is right outside the front door to the right. Guests have to go around the smokers that are taking up the sidewalk and step into the street to get to the parking lot plus smell the cigarette smoke when entering and exiting the building. It’s just not in a very good spot. The only other thing I would say is our floor had a distinct odor that was not pleasant but we were unsure if it was from the river

Nice hotel, great views of the river and a nice walking path right outside. Comfortable room and quiet. We ate at the restaurant on the main floor and the food was very good and reasonably priced.

desk staff consistently friendly, likewise breakfast staff. Nitpick things - crashbar cover missing from door at bottom of west stairwell; lot spaces could be 18 inches wider, and/or people could just not park over the line, I suppose.

The room was clean and way more than I expected when booking. The bar on the 9th floor was great and the bar tender was so friendly and made some great suggestions I now have a new favorite drink.
