On arrival and checking in out guest serviceman was excellent and very knowledgeable. Sorry I can remember his name. Housekeeping didn't take our trash which was a bummer. We asked them to bring fresh towels and remove trash. Overall our stay was great and would stay there again!

Stay away from this Best Western hotel
Horrible mildew/mold smell, humid and unclean. Dead bedbugs under sheets with traces of their blood smeared. Staff was very helpful and kind, however we had to leave to another hotel and got a full refund through **********. We used to love this hotel but it has gone downhill since then. Will never return.

Only problem is entrance from the I-35 frontage road. The entrance is difficult to see until a driver is almost on top of it.

This hotel is perfect if you go as a couple or with family, the suite has a small kitchen. Ideal in case you want to cook something and not go out. And the hotel also offers breakfast and I loved the breakfasts. The place is very clean.
