This hotel was AMAZING, COMPLETELY exceeded my expectations!! It was so clean and smelled so fresh and well managed, not just in the actual room either, the whole property! The rooms were cleaning, bathrooms clean, sheets crispy, air conditioning PERFECT!

On arrival and checking in out guest serviceman was excellent and very knowledgeable. Sorry I can remember his name. Housekeeping didn't take our trash which was a bummer. We asked them to bring fresh towels and remove trash. Overall our stay was great and would stay there again!

Stay away from this Best Western hotel
Horrible mildew/mold smell, humid and unclean. Dead bedbugs under sheets with traces of their blood smeared. Staff was very helpful and kind, however we had to leave to another hotel and got a full refund through **********. We used to love this hotel but it has gone downhill since then. Will never return.
