Staff member James was very accommodating and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of for the evening!!

The hotel was excellent , but disappointed with *******!!! Due to government shutdown , flying was very challenging & flight was cancelled, so I wasn’t able to stay my 1st night!! I understand was not refundable but I think there should be exceptions made when travel issues are not in my control , ******* would not contact hotel & try & get a refund for my 1st nights stay

We booked 2 queens however we were told that it was overbooked by the third party. Ended up with one king when we didn’t want to sleep in the same bed.

Music too loud to try to sleep, parking garage across street and for an older person with bad knees it wasn’t good while also paying 12 dollars extra for parking besides hotel fee. You had to buy breakfast from restaurant on site unless you leave to get breakfast. Toilet sits too low to floor and black hair in shower and on floor in bathroom

Clean room, super clean hotel, very friendly staff at check in, at the bar and restaurant. Will definitely stay there again. We thought the hotel had just been renovated it was that good!

My husband and I stayed here for one night during our road trip, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The lobby is immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating from check-in to departure.
However, our room could have been a bit cleaner. The sofa had visible stains, and the towels and washcloths were noticeably rough... not what I’d expect from a property of this caliber. Because our stay was short, I didn’t raise an issue, but if we were staying longer, I would have requested a room change.
The hotel has great potential with its modern design and welcoming atmosphere, but a little more attention to housekeeping details would elevate the guest experience.

Really nice property. Rooms were comfortable. Very friendly front desk staff. The only issue during our stay was the restaurant. The food was good but the service was very slow and several of our orders were not correct.
