Really nice property. Rooms were comfortable. Very friendly front desk staff. The only issue during our stay was the restaurant. The food was good but the service was very slow and several of our orders were not correct.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback regarding the condition of the rooms I was assigned. While I appreciate the staff's willingness to accommodate us during our stay, I was disappointed by a series of issues that required us to change rooms multiple times.
The first room had a strong smell of mold, which made it uninhabitable.
The second room had a visibly dirty pillowcase thrown on the bed, which was concerning from a cleanliness standpoint.
We ended up staying in the third room, but even there we noticed stickers stuck to the window ledge, which gave the impression the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned or checked.
These issues impacted the quality of our stay and were not what we expected from a property of your reputation. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improving room inspections and overall cleanliness standards to prevent this from happening to future guests.

The hotel is good and the staff friendly, however, the manager was rude and confrontational, so that takes the grade down a lot.
If you can stay at this hotel without having to talk to the manager, great! If not ... run !!!!

Very warm and friendly staff, quiet room, pet friendly, very nice room and very comfortable beds. Fair price for the amenities, location and presentation.

This is the second time we have syayed. Both times the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Additionally the clientele seemed upscale and the rooms safe and secure. It was a nice weekend.

Very nice area the hotel was located in. The only problem
we had was 4 guest and they only put 2 bath towels in the
room. Had to call several times to get more.
