Check in manager at night was great however the next morning not so much. Asked for something as simple as sugar and that was too much of a hassle, guess I need to watch my sugar intake because they only had substitutes available. Found bugs in my room I have pictures. $10 to do a load of laundry is ridiculous

We stayed in room 130 which is located right next to the electrical and maintenance room….. and throughout the day and early morning there was a consistent beating banging noise coming through our wall.. the 3 days we were there!

People were very nice and accommodating. I requested a room change because the bed in the first room was very squeeky and the shower stall was rough. The second room was better, but was adjoining so I could hear the child next door through the door very well. In summary, staff is great, hotel itself could use some updates.

Staff good. Rooms are noisy. From the street traffic and neighbors beside and below.
I moved once to avoid the former only to encounter the second.

Hotel was old, musky, and dirty. Staff did not do a great job cleaning the room prior to stay. Check in was not smooth and breakfast was subpar

Breakfast offering was horrible. No De Caff coffee. All hotels I have stayed at offer De Caff. You can tell the Hilton name was operated by a sub par Franchise. Very cheap. No laundry bag. Break fast offering was horrible not even the scrambled eggs they all serve. They ran out of potatoes at 7AM!!! Hardly any fruit. Worst breakfast buffet I think I ever had. I am not going to pay Hilton prices to stay at a motel 6 quality hotel. I cannot trust the Hilton name if they can not make their franchises live up to the Hilton standard.

The room wasn’t very clean. The rug was dirty.
Housekeeping didn’t do my room. The pillows were horrible. I did really like that the staff always greeted you when leaving or coming back in. The rooms need to be redone.
