这家酒店盗刷了我的大通信用卡。他们还用我的美国银行卡多收了钱。我通知了他们，但他们至今没有给我回电话或做出任何回应。
这家酒店有很多额外费用。停车费每天 35 美元，度假费每天 28 美元，我们孩子的额外入住费每天 15 美元。泳池区和调酒师是这家酒店的亮点。客房服务很糟糕。我们住在这家酒店的 4 天里，我们的房间只打扫过一次。在一天内两次打电话要求服务，并得到他们承诺会来之后，他们却从未来过。第二天，我们终于得到了房间服务，但他们没有整理阁楼床。前台没有采取任何措施来解决问题，并告诉我们管理层不在，无法交谈。

我觉得下午4点入住有点晚了。我两点就来问能不能提前入住，结果4点之前都没有空房。结果退房时间是上午11点……入住时居然没有烤面包。真的能达到4星吗？真是失望透顶。
酒店很漂亮。入住体验很棒。火警响了三次。我打电话给前台，他们接电话说“他们正在测试警报”。没有问候。也没有人打电话告诉我测试正在进行。
我们叫了客房服务。早餐。土豆煮得太老了，又干又脆。培根也煮得恰到好处。鸡蛋也难吃极了。
我经常在万豪酒店出差。我不会再住这家酒店了。
令人失望的现代体验
说实话，就我们支付的费用（在 Wink Wink 酒店住一晚加晚餐 1,300 美元）而言，我们并没有享受到预期的优质体验。抵达后没有代客泊车服务。我们不得不自己去推车。办理入住花了很长时间。卡片制作设备坏了。由于电影节派对，泳池无法使用，但事先没有人告知。小型套房没有阳台。没有真正的衣帽间空间。我被告知可以看到泳池景观，但我们看到的却是街景。尽管 Wink Wink 餐厅已经坐满了一半，但服务却非常慢。我们等了 20 分钟才拿到饮料。电梯很臭。考虑到价格，我绝对不会推荐这家酒店。
