This hotel is wonderful. The rooms were spacious, clean and welcoming. Around the hotel is a pedestrian only walking area with shops and restaurants. However, the staff leaves something to be desired. They never gave me the Hilton honors gift, and they forgot to get a credit card from me. Thus, the next day they didn’t get paid for the parking- so they called and wanted my card right then, while I was driving. The parking itself was exorbitant- $45/ night would be ok in New York, but not Louisville.

酒店非常新，环境非常棒，大堂装修豪华，套房超级大，完全超出我的预期，里面的设施也很完善，早餐非常丰富，特别是有两个厨师现场做煎蛋卷，味道非常不错
在市中心，最繁华的地方，旁边就是一条繁华的街道，周末可以看楼天演唱会

服务：到酒店和去机场有shuttle bus 推荐入住

我住过的最糟糕的酒店
我们到达时已经很晚了（早上打电话告知过会晚到），他们却把我们的房间给了别人，还说“你们的房间我们想怎么处理都行，反正你们是通过第三方预订的”。我们预订的是一间双皇后套房，提前三个多月就被预订给了三个成年男性，结果他们却给了我们一间条件很差的特大床房，这完全无法接受。他们说房间已经全部订满了，他们也无能为力。第二天，他们答应会解决这个问题，结果却并没有解决，反而让我们再次换房。一个小时后，他们又说只能让我们住一晚，必须离开。直到我们威胁要起诉他们，他们才神奇地给我们腾出了原来的房间。我们向希尔顿集团正式投诉，要求退款。千万不要住这家酒店！我们收拾行李离开了，去了另一家热情接待我们的酒店。
