This is not a good area of town. The property outside has evidence of homeless people in the area. We were there 3 nights, requested new towels and garbage be changed and it never happened. Staff at the front desk is not friendly or quick to help. The only nice person there was the lady that puts out the wonderful hot breakfast and keeps a tidy dining area.

The entrance sign was confusing and I missed the turn into the hotel. I had to make a u-turn in the carwash.
The hot tub has very weak "jets" or they were inoperative. The breakfast "buffet" on Sunday had a really good green chili.

Although we didn't have any issues the location was not in a good area, We were told by transportation people not to go out after dark.
Key cards very rarely worked had to go down to the desk almost all the time for a new one. No the cards were not near our phone.
Staff were excellent and very professional but of course frustrated because of the key issue, never gave us a hard time about it. Not sure of the spelling of her name, maybe Lovi would see us walk in and already have a new card for us. She was such a friendly person.
The other issue was no elevator.

Hotel close to hwy
The hotel seemed clean and the staff was nice. The beds are firm so thats why I gave a 4 star. The room gad a microwave and small fridge which was nice. The hotel is located just off the highway which was perfect. I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. The rooms were quiet and clean. The only issue we had was the hot tub jets didn’t work, but we were able to soak to soothe sore muscles after walking all day.

Staff was nice, check-in was easy, however the door getting into our room was stuck and we had to force it open. In the room the air conditioner wasn’t working as the check filter light was on and it was So Hot in the room, fridge was barely cold, and the very nice shower was missing any shelving to put soap and other essentials on so had to put them in the floor.
