The air conditioning did not work. Room was hot and stuffy. The AC would only run for a couple of minutes then sit off. Called front desk at 3 am to ask for a fan - they said they didn’t have any for guests. The front desk said “I was told to tell you to turn off the unit for 15 min then turn it back on” and “just open the window, it’s nice out now.” Turn one/off didn’t work. Opening the window for a ground level floor did not seem secure or private. Poor response for a known problem. Worst experience at a Best Western. Wont be staying there again.

Normally we would have moved you to another room but since we were sold out the night you stayed that was not an option. Maintenance should have been called to fix the issue. Overall the property was fine, outside of being understaffed upon our arrival. You booked us into a room that doesn't allow pets, thus we waited for a much smaller room , which we didn't get into until after 5 p.m. we made due, but I will never use your services again. I would like a response and some compensation since I paid more than you quoted.

Got in very late, lady at the front desk was very pleasant and got us checked in very quickly. Room was clean and comfortable. I'm sorry we're not staying longer.

The room was a bit old and lots of stains in the carpet; which did not feel very clean overall. Breakfast was medium, not much variety and no muffins of cookies!

Comfortable accommodations. No worry stay. Staff was welcoming. Room was relaxing. Breakfast was a great start to my day.
