It was very nice and clean, bed was comfortable only issue was the fan and a c would cut off every ten minutes and you would be hot and uncomfortable. Then it would kick on again 15 minutes later and then back off. Hardly any sleep

My room was excellent. Stayed with my Great Dane so the kitchen was great for his food preparation. The front desk host, Brandon I believe was his name, was extremely helpful and friendly.

Couldn’t hear other guest.
Bathroom had a slow drain. Shower head, no pressure. Stove, 1burner didn’t work. Talked to hotel about sink & burner. They didn’t come to resolve.

Staff was welcoming upon arrival. Rooms were nice and clean. Was only there for one night, but with the room being a suite with a kitchen, would be a great extended stay destination.

We stayed at this property while we were in town for a basketball tournament. The location was very convenient. The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel is not new, but it was clean. Note that there is not breakfast included.

Saturday night on 2/22 at 7:00 p.m. we smelt cigarette smoke coming from the air vents above our bed. Spoke with the front desk staff and could not move rooms due to hotel being full. Front manager told us that we should not have to pay for the room that night due to this. In the morning, the manager said there was a misunderstanding and would still charge us for the room. I thought this was terrible as my family had to smell cigarette smoke all night and got nothing compensated for this. The night manager would not even come to the room to verify the smell. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that is not accommodating to them. I would like to be compensated and not have to pay for the room on 2/22.
