Great stay. Room was spacious and clean. Nice breakfast variety and quality of food was better than most other hotels that I have stayed in. I have stayed in this hotel several times and every stay has been Great!

This BW needs upgrades & freshened up. The 1st room the door appeared to have been repaired & NOT done well as we could see 1 to 2 inch gap to hall! Cleaning staff was rude when I asked for towels. They practically pushed their way into our room! We do not ask for daily service, it's not welcomed & we keep the privacy sign on door for a reason. They keep a back door open ALL the time which is a security issue, it should require a guest key card to enter. We will not stay at this BW again & we're highly considering another hotel brand. BW accommodations consistency is lacking and we're frankly, tired of it.

The coffee was very blah & watery & the towels were pretty rough on my skin. But I would still give a 5 star review!

We came to visit family, overall everything was good. Would have been nice if the room key would open the exterior door from the parking garage. I didn't care for having to walk around the outside of the hotel after 10 pm. The breakfast was a little lacking but acceptable compared to some other hotels. Carpet in our room could stand a deep clean as there were several stains. Towels could be softer but were clean. As was the rest the room. We stay here usually once a year. Will be back next year.

Room was very nice. Only complaint was there was about a one in gap in the entry door of of room that you could see into and out of the room. And the extra protection latch to the entry door had been removed.
