WAY OVERPRICED! We are not one to complain about our stay usually but this place was bad. First thing we noticed was that our room window was cracked and inside had holes in the bathroom and in the closet. There was painters tape left on the windows. The room look like it was never finished from building it. Overall it was not clean. I would not recommend staying here. Hopefully they can use this review as a motivator to finish the room and clean it.

Bitter

The facility in the bath did not work. Called the front desk, to be told the maintenance person was on the way. 30 minutes later, called again. Told 5 maybe 10 minutes out. Another 30 still no one. Personal visit to the desk. Asked for another room, told there was none. Asked for a refund, miraculously a room became available. Second goon:no television and it smaller. Toilet leaking at the base. Another front desk visit. Refund granted. Not someplace I’ll visit again. EVER!

We were so disappointed with this hotel. It was dark, dirty and disgusting. There were transient people hanging around, our room smelled, we weren't sure of what. We checked in and checked out 5 mins later. When we told the front desk why we were leaving, they did offer another room however, the overall vibe of this hotel was terrible. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this hotel. The girl at the desk said she would refund my money when the manager returned but when ******* called to obtain my refund they refused. This hotel is NOT WORTH A PENNY! The beds were thin, the AC was old and the whole place needs to be demolished! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The room was uninviting. The parking lot was dark, had old sofas and trash laying around. There were workers sitting on an old sofa outside next to our room watching the TV from outside and smoking. The lobby seemed to have either workers or the family of the staff hanging around. It was more like an hourly hotel than any property by Wyndham. Whyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this property! I WANT A REFUND! This property is so desparate they won't even refund $106! And I had a $42 CREDIT FROM ******* so the rate of this room was close to $150! This honestly was the worst property. And how hard up must the owners be that they won't even refund $106! PATHETIC is being kind!

Shabby and dirty

This hotel is the shabbiest, dirtiest hotel I think I’ve ever stayed in. There was a 30’ extension cord from the tv to a distant outlet. Smoke detector falling out of the ceiling. Torn curtain. Broken AC. Chipped paint. Dirt and messy caulking in the bathroom. Broken cheap furniture.

I will not ever stay at another Baymont by Wyndham!
