The hotel has been updated, but our room had several issues. I was thankful to get a suite that my family of 6 all could stay in together, especially because three of them are children 6 and under so split rooms are hard. But rust colored water came out when I went to shower and there was a stain in the tub from where the faucet dripped constantly. The mattress was very firm, and the room had a damp smell overall. We maybe just had a bad room, because the hotel itself didn’t have this odor. Our breakfast was pleasant on site, and every staff member was very kind to us.

Room was comfortable and clean. But 2 things
1- they only gave us 2 towels
2- the bed was AWFUL. After laying down the whole center caved in and we were falling into a hole the entire night

Check in was quick. Leo was so nice and accommodating at the front desk. View was great from our room. We booked river view. My son wanted the experience to stay at a Hotel and he loved every moment. We will definitely stay again, thank you Hilton!

Lighting in rooms was dim. We came in about 11:30 pm one night and went to park on side to be able to go in side door and three African American young men there. Two were hanging over balcony on the second floor smoking something and one sitting up on corner of roof smoking something. Being females we were nervous and did not park here but went around front, went in and quickly went to our room. There was no soap at sink in bathrooms but was lotion at both sinks.

We've stayed here several times on our way to Florida from the Cincinnati area. It's easy to get to, has on-site dining available, the staff is always very friendly and helpful, and the site is well kept.

I’m generally a fan of Hilton hotels, their quality control is generally pretty good. This place was the exception to that. We had two rooms and neither had toilet paper, facial tissue, laundry bags or shower soap. The bathrooms were dirty and the rooms were dingy. Staff was unapologetic and didn’t care. We couldn’t get out fast enough.
其他都不错，前台也非常热情。就是台盆的水也太小了吧？
服务很棒，房间可以再干净一点就更好了，除此之外一切都很好🙂
1. 浴室洗手池排水不畅。升降铰链坏了。洗手池里灌满了水——我丈夫好不容易打开铰链，不得不拿勺子把水舀出来。
2. 淋浴水压极低。洗头和冲洗护发素都花了很长时间。
