Amazing customer services. The evening as well as morning front desk staff were first class customer service staff and should be reinforced. The room was spotless and all services and amenities were over the top. It seemed as if it were a 5 star hotel at times.

Evening staff people were excellent. Very friendly and courteous. The room was bare and had no soap beside the bathroom sink nor a coffee maker. The toilet is in need of repair and the shower head needs upgrading. The free breakfast was minimal in choices and carried no gluten free products. Given a choice I would not choose this hotel to stay in again.

Our breakfast does offer a lot we follow the Hilton standards. Please comeback and let us show you the best side of our Hilton Spark.

酒店设施很陈旧。我住在一层的房间，觉得隔音效果很差，楼上的脚步声听的很清楚。门外走动声也听得很清楚，总感觉外面有人会随时破门而入！所以是担惊受怕的一晚。早晨更是简陋，因为没有鸡蛋，没有肉饼，没有新鲜水果。
房间很漂亮，早餐很好，工作人员也很友好。
