The clean room with a beautiful view. The staff was great and friendly also. And last the food from the restaurant was excellent.

Great staff! Super clean and updated room! Much nicer than the Hilton we stayed at in Anchorage. We were very pleased.

Breakfast was ok, pretty much several options but the eggs were scrambled Frozen premade patties in a steam table tray, frozen sausage patties and potatoes also.
Not much of a substantial breakfast choice if eating Kosher.
Rooms and facilities were top notch, clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly-Especially Curtiss and Trina at the front desk.
An especially nice touch was fresh baked cookies made by the GM (can’t recall what they said her name was).
And on a final note, there were numerous halloween decorations at the entrance, in the lobby and elsewhere on display, quite nicely done.
However as a Christian, the halloween decorations are something that I wouldn’t expose children under 10 to. So I won’t be returning and staying at this facility for any family outings.

友好的客服办理入住，酒店位置优越，毗邻湖泊，可以欣赏日出日落和极光。唯一建议是推拉纱门可以打开，如果入住一楼阳台房，半夜睡觉时感觉有点不安全，最好打开纱门通风。

我们只住了一晚，真是遗憾。床很舒服，枕头也很适合我，露台的景色也很棒。我们一定会再来这里住的。
我在办理入住时要求能看到湖景，但被拒绝了，尽管我愿意支付额外费用。我用******* 预订，这就是他们的借口。

一个风景不错的地方
它位于湖边，所以景色非常好。不过房间里没有微波炉和咖啡壶，所以我得去问讯处，很不方便。这很不愉快，因为浴室里总是有一股脏味。
