Una disculpa, hubo una confusión al momento de valorar, este Holiday Inn 100% recomendado, de hecho el comentario del desayuno era para otro Holiday Inn (El Paso) considerando el de Deming como una de nuestras mejores referencias, muy completo y muy bueno todo :)

Our room was roomy and well equipped with all we needed. Staff was very accommodating. We had a couple of mix ups with rooms, but it was all sorted out quickly.

I know I can always spend a night at Holiday express in my room will be exactly as pictured. My only disappointment with this facility was that although we had a sink, counter, and refrigerator, there were no utensils, dinnerware, glasses (with the exception of the two plastic glasses), etc. one would think that with all of the above there would be at least a few items in the event we wanted to eat in the room.

The room had a smell!! It was out dated the beds were hard!! The people in the room next door to us kept us awake almost all night, they were noisy!!

他们说他们取消了我预订的无障碍套房，但我没有收到任何短信或电子邮件通知。那天晚上我迟到了，他们告诉我他们已经超额预订了，他们无能为力，并提出退还我两周前预订的预付款。我不得不出去为我的家人找另一个房间，这非常困难，因为每个人都住满了度假旅客。
