Good hotel if you just need a affordable place to stay. Breakfast was a little underwhelming. Had to request more towels from front desk after night 1 as housekeeping took them and didn't replace with new ones.

Not the best stay at a hotel
Was not the best stay at a hotel. I will not be staying again. The staff were great, but the room was uncomfortable. I didn't like the I couldn't close the curtains. Thankfully I had some safety pins to pin it closed. Bring on the ground level made that very unsafe for me.
The room unbelievable too hot and I ended up leaving at 2am because I just decided moving to a new room was not worth it.
Also, I don't recommend staying Saturday into a Sunday on the ground level in the room 160. You will be rudely awakened by a church holding service. I wish someone would have said something because I had an awful sleep Saturday night and didn't have to be awake till 10am.
The pool was fine; I had it all to myself. I didn't care for the fitness room having a window looking into the pool, but thankfully I was alone so I didn't have to worry about creeps.

Mattresses had no support, it was like sleeping on a waterbed. Hallways and elevator were not very clean. Breakfast choices were very limited. Food was cut into small portions with signs telling patrons not to waste food. Staff was on their phone rather than replenishing food (such as coffee).
It was quiet and located near a large recreation facility.

We rented this hotel for a vacation. ******* booked us under false pretenses. We were expecting larger beds. Then they were telling us the pool wasn’t available, when we complain at the pool, then was opened. They had one poor guy doing front desk, housekeeping, and everything else. This is the reason why he didn’t wanna open the pool.

After reviewing this with the travel agency, it is confirmed that the reservation was indeed for a 1 King Bed.To better accommodate your group, as there were more guests than originally indicated, which was 2 adults, our front desk team offered to move you to a room with 2 Queen Beds. You also requested two cots, since 2 cots is not possible to fit in your room, our team provided one cot at no additional charge to assist with your request.Regarding housekeeping, our team had completed their shifts by 5:00 pm, and since you checked in around 7:00 pm, our front desk associate personally assisted you to ensure you were taken care of, including the extra beds and more towels for the pool last minute. As for the pool, it had been temporarily closed earlier in the afternoon for cleaning. That's why the front desk told you he will double check first and inform you, which he did. There was only one towel for four people in our room. Toilet was broke and the staff did not return to fix it when they said they would. A/c did not work well and would shut off and heat up again. Room was not clean, we had an old hamburger patty still on the floor and the beds are old.

the room decor is outdated and looks original to the 80's the beds are the most uncomfortable and should be replaced! The bathroom has rust stains on all metal pieces
and I am not sure how clean anything was in this hotel. The lobby is remarkable and huge but still dated and not in use?

Good experience overall for a lower rate hotel. Staff were helpful with a late checkout request which I appreciated. Overall room was clean and suitable. I found the pillows very uncomfortable which is odd for a hotel so I ended up getting my own to sleep on. No complaints otherwise.
