The staff were very courteous. They honored the request that I had. I felt more like part of a family than a stranger. All staff were eager to assist in anyway possible. The hotel was very clean. They also include children with own activity table and TV.

早饭在免费的里面整体很好，酒店周围商业便利，还有一个漂亮的公园
酒店状况良好，比较新。房间的地毯需要翻新。配备特大床的房间淋浴间漏水，水会溅到地板上。如果你像我一样个子矮，够不到淋浴喷头，水就会喷得到处都是。阳台很棒，但没有纱窗就无法享受新鲜空气。总体来说价格偏高，但如果实在没地方住，我还是会再次入住。地段比较热闹。
总体来说，这次入住体验非常好。我们唯一的“抱怨”就是墙壁太薄了。我们甚至能听到隔壁房间的人小便！然后马桶盖砰的一声关上！我们也不喜欢开放式的淋浴间，更喜欢淋浴和浴缸的组合。
酒店员工非常礼貌热情！酒店也很干净，早餐吧也很不错。晚上提供的饼干和爆米花也很贴心！
房间干净整洁，装饰精美。工作人员非常友善，每次见到我都会打招呼。自助早餐种类丰富，品质上乘。
我们多次入住这家酒店，因为它环境优美，地段也不错，距离克利夫兰市中心大约30分钟车程。热腾腾的早餐也很棒。
