I have stayed at other hotels in Cleveland over the past couple of years to visit my mom. Comfort Suites in Brunswick was more reasonable and stay was great. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely plan on staying at the hotel when we return to Cleveland in November.

The hotel was such a pleasure to stay in. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and good to work with. I travel a lot and wish more places were like here.
It was also a fabulous location near a lot of shopping and food venues.

The hotel was clean and the rooms are very large. A/C worked amazing! Breakfast was great and included sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, waffles, cereal, bagels, yogurt, fruit, and prepackaged pastries. Would definitely stay here again.

酒店状况良好，比较新。房间的地毯需要翻新。配备特大床的房间淋浴间漏水，水会溅到地板上。如果你像我一样个子矮，够不到淋浴喷头，水就会喷得到处都是。阳台很棒，但没有纱窗就无法享受新鲜空气。总体来说价格偏高，但如果实在没地方住，我还是会再次入住。地段比较热闹。
总体来说，这次入住体验非常好。我们唯一的“抱怨”就是墙壁太薄了。我们甚至能听到隔壁房间的人小便！然后马桶盖砰的一声关上！我们也不喜欢开放式的淋浴间，更喜欢淋浴和浴缸的组合。
酒店员工非常礼貌热情！酒店也很干净，早餐吧也很不错。晚上提供的饼干和爆米花也很贴心！
我们多次入住这家酒店，因为它环境优美，地段也不错，距离克利夫兰市中心大约30分钟车程。热腾腾的早餐也很棒。
房间很干净，床也很舒服。地理位置优越/安全，去哪儿都很方便。
