我们刚到酒店,就已经被大堂里有人在施工弄得心烦意乱,吵闹不堪。入住时被告知,所有可选的房间都紧邻施工现场,我们决定离开,因为他们正在用瓷砖切割机切割——那声音真的很烦人——前台的女士还说,在我们入住期间,他们还会继续施工。真是难以置信,他们居然把酒店弄得这么乱!

警告:我已在线全额支付房费,但酒店工作人员在办理入住时扫描了我的信用卡,然后向我收取了房费。我已经联系过工作人员好几次了,但他们不会退还这笔重复的费用。请务必查看您的信用卡账单!我不会再住这家酒店了。
非常失望
大楼正在施工,走廊里以及外部散落着建筑材料和家具。咖啡桌和床垫散落在外面的走道上。房间墙壁和油漆损坏,窗帘脏污不堪,需要维修。遗憾的是,员工态度不佳,早餐质量较差,更加剧了原本就糟糕的状况。
酒店内部正在进行大规模翻修,环境不安全,噪音很大。房间还可以,但没有USB接口,而且在40华氏度(约4摄氏度)的夜晚,暖气也坏了。在酒店住了4天,房间清洁过一次。
房间门卡住了,很难打开。水槽排水不畅,水一直留在那里。浴室门很脏,上面粘着旧污垢。浴缸底部有黑色污渍,可能是因为过度使用,很难清洗。房间角落的墙纸剥落/凸起。
正在施工,但*******上没有写这个。一台发动机和发电机一直在我房间外运行,直到半夜。太糟糕了
我住在一楼的房间,窗户的锁坏了。晚上11点,我不得不要求换到另一个房间。
我们睡得很好。
