I checked in later in the night. Keys to my room didn’t work and then had to be escorted back up to the room to ensure there wasn’t someone already booked there because the staff lost track of what rooms were occupied and which weren’t. They also failed to tell me that breakfast ended at 9 so Ellen I came down at 9:15 there weren’t any options. There is a restaurant attached so I didn’t know it only opened certain times. I booked this hotel specifically because it listed an airport shuttle as an amenity. There is no hotel shuttle so I had to pay and extra $40 to get from and back to the airport. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly just lacked attention to detail and communication.

This was the best hotel stay Ive ever had. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly. Everything was very clean & the size of our suite & jacuzzi tub was awesome!!!

My room was clean and smelled great. The food was delicious and the customer service was absolutely awesome and amazing! We had so much fun!!

Never ever again
Overwhelming smell of smoke from restaurant to lobby was the first bad impression, walking the hallway to room- look up and you’ll see mold or rust on tile after tile, room had a crack tub basin that had been sloppily caulked over, someone’s buggers (mucus) was left on the wall by bed pillows. Air conditioner worked. Needs a complete remodel and deep cleaning. Thought I was booking the other similar property in the same town. Pay attention! This one is horrible. We got up and left at 5 am.

Texarkana business trip
Breakfast was very good except there was no biscuits and gravy. The wait staff was very friendly.
The bed was a little harder than I would have liked.
The noise from footsteps from floor above and on the same floor was a little disturbing on the hard floors when trying to sleep.
All staff was awesome.

Absolutely Livid!!
Falsely accused of damaging blinds that we never touched. We literally walked in, showered, then slept. Funny thing is, they gave us the $50 incidentals deposit back then took another $100 out. I have yet to get any proof of this damage other than their word for it. We have stayed here other times and have never had an issue. Won’t be going back.
