For the price the room and overall facility felt a bit dated. Breakfast not starting until 7am was not helpful either. AC was turned off in our room when we checked in, so we walked in to a HOT stagnant smelling room.

This hotel was in a great location near many stores and restaurants. The staff were very nice and inviting. I didn’t get to experience the pool but saw many people in it and it looked very clean. Breakfast was good and very well kept, the staff made sure nothing was empty during the breakfast times and checked to make sure every customer was happy. The reason I didn’t give the review 5 stars was because the property needs a lot of physical maintenance. There was a smell of wet moldy carpet in the hallway by the ice machine on the way to my room on the second floor. Inside of the room the ceiling was peeling down, and a lot of the paint was cracking.

Great stay!!!
I enjoyed this stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The pool area was very well kept. Breakfast left a lot for be desired. They had no milk, pancake mix however it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. The pool area and the rooms were most important to me. I definitely would stay here again and again. The price wasn’t bad either for the suite that I had. Totally worth it. OH!!!! And the free chocolate chip cookies are DELICIOUS!!! LOL my family loved them.

My stay here was great. The room was clean and updated. The pool area is really nice.
Make sure you double check your receipt if if you’re traveling with a service animal. They charged me for my service animal, it had to be reversed. Front desk staff was amazing. Breakfast is ok, could be better however it’s not a deal breaker for me. The room and pool is more important. I was satisfied.

Happy travelers.
Nice place. Clean and convenient. Handicap shower in need of repairs. no sink stopper. Key card kept demagnatizing each day. All else was great.

我妈妈和妹妹预订了6晚的房间。到了第5天，房间没有打扫，没有干净的毛巾，垃圾也没有倒。打电话要求送干净毛巾到房间，却被告知必须去前台领取。此外，在她们入住的前一天，我亲自和前台接待员沟通，希望能为我93岁高龄、需要使用助行器的母亲安排一间一楼的房间。接待员当时说没问题，并在她们的预订记录中做了备注。然而，当我妈妈和妹妹办理入住时，接待她们的是另一位接待员，她却告诉她们一楼没有空房，所以她们被安排在了二楼。而且，有一天晚上，火警警报响了好几次，我妹妹非常担心，不知道该怎么把不用助行器就走不动的母亲扶下楼。
前台工作人员非常友好，房间干净舒适，停车也很方便。离我孙女即将出生的韦克医疗中心北院很近！
这家酒店很干净，办理入住时接待人员也很热情，房间也很宽敞。酒店附近有很多餐饮选择。
