Room was good. Staff was super friendly. Downside is rooms were small. Pictures show a small couch which did not exist. Trash was not picked up outside of room even after brining it to the front desks attention. Staff was super friendly. I should have done more research when choosing a hotel in the area. Others had more perks and amenities for the same price or less

The fact that in this area the desk clerk said I may have to pay for parking and proceeded to charge me an additional $161.00. I would understand this if I was in a downtown area but I was a suburban area, I hope I don’t get charged for that, It would have me rethink staying here again.

Staff was so helpful when I had an issue with my reservation through *******. They were very patient and kind throughout a 45 minute issue in getting us checked in.

Upon arrival in the evening after a full day of College drop off; The card machine was down and i was asked to fill out a form that wasn’t user friendly on a phone so although I tried I was unable to fill out this form. When we finally got to the room there was hair ALL over the bathroom; hanging from “fresh” towels on the floor near the toilet, in the shower. I took a video of this. The following day when we go back to the hotel again after another long day for some reason housekeeping only made up one bed and not both and there was hair again in the bathroom. During such a stressful time i didn’t expect for me to have to deal with this at my hotel at the end of the day. Ive stayed at this location 3xs over the past 1year but doubt I will go back.

Very clean and spacious entry. Lobby had beautiful entryway flowers, very friendly staff and the lobby had a very welcoming feel.

我的住宿体验还可以，房间里没有微波炉，因为房间有点霉味，而且有点灰尘，所以我买了个香薰蜡烛。但我真的很感谢他们的客户服务，因为我来这里是为了放松身心，想找个风景更好的房间，所以我要求换房。
酒店走廊和室外气味难闻，一股污水臭味。房间装修过，但只是表面功夫，家具陈旧，浴室盥洗台坏了，浴缸也有缺口。总之，不是个好地方。
